Your Responsibilities

• •Lead the design system and establish design standards across the organization
• •Collaborate with product and engineering teams to create compelling user experiences
• •Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
• •Mentor junior designers and contribute to team growth
• •Present design work to stakeholders and gather feedback

What We're Looking For

• •5+ years of experience in product design or UX/UI design
• •Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools
• •Strong portfolio demonstrating design thinking and problem-solving
• •Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• •Experience with design systems and component libraries
